Richard is the founder of Story Bridge. People Magazine says "Director Richard Geer heals troubled communities with the magic of theatre--and the gift of new hope." An artist, philosopher and educator, Richard has directed over 40 Story Bridge plays and numerous workshops on five continents of the world.
Qinghong Wei, PhD
Artist & Educator
A scholar, multi-disciplinary artist and dedicated practitioner in building creative communities. Qinghong has served as CEO of a prestigious foundation and co-founder of an award-winning social enterprise, among other critical roles. She brings diverse and rich experience in organizational development, consulting, research, here in the U.S. and internationally.
Kevin Iega Jeff
Choreographer
An internationally acclaimed dancer and choreographer, Iega is named as one of the The Juilliard School’s 100 Outstanding Alumni in celebration of the school’s centenary anniversary, co-founder & artistic director of Deeply Rooted Dance Theater in Chicago. Iega is a Story Bridge artist of 20 years
Peter Whitehouse, MD, PhD
Transdisciplinary Science Director
Peter is a Professor of Neurology at Case Western Reserve University, Professor of Medicine at the University of Toronto, Co-Founder of the internationally acclaimed Intergenerational School, and founder of Intergenerational Schools International. An international leader at the interface of art and science.
Peggy Holman
Senior Advisor
Peggy facilitates diverse groups facing complex issues to turn passivity into participation. In The Change Handbook, Peggy & her co-authors profile 61 practices that engage people in creating their desired future. Her award-winning Engaging Emergence: Turning Upheaval into Opportunity provides a road map for tackling complex challenges through storiesand practices.
Kathy Minardi

Kathy is an international education leader who assists school leaders around the world in guiding healthy communities. She is a leadership coach for the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, and has forty years of experience as a school leader. She is a graduate of Georgetown University Institute for Transformational Leadership’s Executive Certificate in Transformational Leadership and Executive Certificate in Facilitation.
Zhigang Zhang
Accounting Manager
Zhigang holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Master's Degree in Public Health from University of South Florida. He has over a decade's experience in corporate accounting and financial reporting. Zhigang is also passionate about integrative health and inclusive community building.
Ron Pate, PhD
Community Research Director
Ron takes an interdisciplinary approach to seeking a sustainable and just diversity in cities and rural towns. He has written and directed a number of grant-supported community projects, including working with groups that vision and implement innovative community building projects. Cynthia E. Hanifin, MSW
Media Leader
A journalist and social worker, Cynthia helps people shape their own life stories. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Journalism degree from Northwestern University and graduated with honors from the Master of Social Work program at Florida State University in 2016. She is passionate about bringing together positive social change through storytelling, zines, and the literary arts.
Jules Corriere
Artistic Director
Jules has written over 40 Story Bridge plays, including Scrap Mettle SOUL's The Whole World Gets Well which won the Presidential Points of Light Award and toured in London and Edinburgh. Since 2013, Jules has been in Jonesborough, Tennessee, the Storytelling Capital of the World, leading its Storytelling Initiative.
Anne Stadler
Senior Advisor
Anne is a wise elder, pioneer and fluent practitioner of Open Space Technology and Appreciative Inquiry. She specializes in supporting self-organizing leadership and collective evolution. A renowned peace activist based in Seattle, she has decades of experience in guiding the formation of emergent communities internatinally.
Vicki Hannah Lein
Community Engagement Director
With an MS in Counseling, Vicki is an award-winning educator, singer/songwriter, international speaker and courage coach. . Although she has been legally blind for decades, she travels around the world presenting her message through humorous, musical, interactive presentations, and help people to be free and compassionate.
Rebecca Rhapsody Narrowe
Project Leader
A performer, Story Bridge facilitator, and Social Artistry teacher, Rhapsody's work evokes authenticity and solutionary thinking. She is the co-founder of the Story Connective, a media project highlighting stories of resilience and art towards creating a word that works for everyone. She has over 11 years in teaching and nurturing creativity and self/group connection.
Brackley Frayer
Lighting, Set Designer
Brackley is Chair of the Department of Theater at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas. He earned an MFA from the Yale School of Drama. Brackley has been part of the Story Bridge team for 20 years. He has designed lighting for numerous productions including the nationally recognized original production of Swamp Gravy of Colquitt, Georgia, and Songs of Tang Hulu in Beijing, China
Joseph Varga
Set Designer
Joe is an emeritus professor of scenic design at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has designed sets for many regional professional theater companies across the country including SoHo Rep, Manhattan Punchline and several Off-Off Broadway productions. He's been a Story Bridge artists for 20 years with most recent design for Songs of Tang Hulu in Beijing, China
